Hello and welcome to my personal homepage!
My name is Steffen Busch, and I am delighted to share a bit about myself and my professional journey with you.
I am 31 years old, born on June 30, 1992, and I have been with Vertiv GmbH for the past five years, currently serving as a Regional Commissioning Engineer Power and Trainer for UPS Systems. My career has been driven by a passion for technology and a commitment to excellence in every project I undertake.
Throughout my time at Vertiv, I have gained extensive experience in handling large-scale projects. This includes managing relationships with general contractors and clients, ensuring the successful completion of final tests, and overseeing the organization and resolution of snags using BIM360. My role encompasses commissioning from L2 to L5, leading small teams, and conducting final tests from Level 3 to Level 5 to ensure quality and reliability.
I pride myself on my teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. My expertise extends to complex fault analysis of UPS systems, creating RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements), and conducting root cause analyses. Additionally, I provide consultation and support to clients during UPS system replacements, and I am dedicated to training and mentoring my colleagues.
On a personal note, I have been living in the Rhein-Main area for the past three years. I am moderately travel-ready, including for international assignments. Outside of work, I enjoy participating in association activities, particularly with the SchĂĽtzenbruderschaft (marksmen guild), where I can indulge in my hobbies and contribute to the community.
Thank you for visiting my homepage.
Best regards,
Steffen Busch
